We are Elizabeth and Victoria, two fitness professionals who want to train equestrians for the good of the horse, as well as the rider. Our mission is to help equestrians like you to move better, feel great and improve your connection with your horse through off-horse exercises. We understand the importance of training your brain and your body, for performance and wellness, and want to share this approach with you. 

We have created a safe place to ask questions, get motivated and stay accountable. Each week we will post: 

  • A free mini strength workout to get you moving.

  • Something to get you thinking and sharing.

  • Something to inspire.
