Restorative yoga is the use of props to create positions of ease and comfort that facilitate relaxation and health.

Top tips: 
-The most important thing is that you are comfortable, more is often more when it comes to props so grab whatever throws, pillows, sofa cushions etc you need to get really, truly comfortable. 
-You will also need a timer. Creating the boundary of time sets the intention for the practice and prevents distracted thoughts of where you need to be next, allowing you to fully commit to the practice. 
-When your timer goes to bring you back out of the pose, make sure to transition as slowly as you went in. 

Now you are ready to set up the props, set your timer and just be!
